Central African Republic: National Recovery and Peacebuilding Plan
The RPBA in Central African Republic (CAR), adopted by the government as the National Recovery and Peacebuilding Plan (RCPCA), was initiated by an April 2016 government request.

The Eastern Ukraine Recovery and Peacebuilding Assessment (RPA) was carried out jointly by the European Union (EU), the United Nations (UN), and the World Bank Group (WBG), with the leadership and participation of the Government of Ukraine (GoU).
The leadership provided by senior government officials was essential, among them H.E. Mr. Volodymyr Hroisman, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada; H.E. Mr. Gennadii Zubko, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development, Construction, and Municipal Economy; Mr. Volodymyr Kistion, First Deputy Minister, Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services; Mr. Roman Chuprynenko, Deputy Minister for European Integration, Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services; and Mr. Miroslav Koshelyuk, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services.
