The United Nations and World Bank conducted a joint review of four years of experience with Post Conflict Needs Assessments (PCNAs) to identify lessons and improve future exercises. The main findings and recommendations of the Review were validated in the 30 November 2006 stakeholder workshop, and the report was published in January 2007.
